Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns.

**Summer Shipping**

Some of our products are more sensitive to heat than others. We take extra care to help eliminate the possibility of our products melting but it's not a guarantee. We cannot control the weather although, we wish we could! In the event that your product does melt, you will receive information on how to care for your melted product which is still very safe to use.
